After completing 4 years of intensive study and hands on training by the top educators in the nation; I graduated in 2020 with a Master of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from Oregon College of Oriental Medicine.   As a native of Arkansas, I knew I wanted to move back to my home state and share this incredible medicine with the people who needed it most.  I, myself, found Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine in a desperate last hope.   I was willing to try anything to help with my chronic ankle pain. after 3 major traumas and 2 surgeries.   After my first treatment, not only had my ankle pain improved, but so had my digestion and skin.  I was hooked!  A few years later, I decided to quit my administrative job, counseling college students to become a healer and a needle wielder.

As a holistic practioner, I treat the whole patient identifying and treating the root of the problem not just their symptoms.  I value listening to my patient and making sure their care is centered around their goals and needs  I love treating general pain conditions.  Helping patients heal themselves, lower inflammation, and get back to doing the activities they love.  I have many tools in addition to my Acupuncture needles, like Cupping, Gua Sha, and Tuina, a Chinese manual therapy, and herbal medicine.  I am also trained in treating digestive problems, auto-immune diseases, energy imbalances, mental/emotional disorders, women’s reproductive problems including fertility, painful cycles, and irregular cycles.

When im not studying  to  enhance my training, I love being outside in nature.  There’s nothing better then being surrounded by trees on a trail.  I also love cooking, gardening, biking, rock climbing, and exploring our amazing city with my partner, Stark (a Chiropractor and gifted healer in his own right) and our rescue dog, Bullet.
